Tammy Collins is a woman of strength and determination who is known for her inspiring outlook, her unwavering sense of integrity, and her empowering message of hope and possibility. Her hands on experience in all aspects of business management and leadership enable her to understand and walk beside business professionals who desire to excel in both their professional and personal lives.
Her professional career began in 1988 when she joined her father’s family industrial business. Her loyalty and determination allowed her to overcome many adversities throughout the years. Her experience with the dynamics of working in a family business equips her to identify with managers, leaders and business owners alike.
Serving for years as Vice President and administrative/finance manager she helped lead the multi-million dollar business which was voted Best Manufacturing by their local chamber members 4 consecutive years, as well as Best Overall Community-Minded business.
Today Tammy is CEO and managing owner of the family business. She also owns and manages the finances for several residential and commercial real estate properties. She has served her community through the local community center and her church in various roles including business management and board membership.
Tammy married her high school sweetheart and they have been married for 33 blessed years with two beautiful children, ages 25 and 30. She and husband reside in Michigan and enjoy time away at their 2nd home in Florida.
Her love for learning and people motivates her to expand her ability to help others by investing regularly in her own growth. She is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Certified Intentional Creation Life Coach, and Certified Optavia Health Coach.
